This policy applies to personal data collected through our website at innoframe.com, through direct business contact, and in connection with the delivery of our services.

Service delivery and invoicing: First and last name, job title, company name, address, email address, telephone number, and bank account number (where applicable for payment processing).
Communication: Email correspondence and any personal data you choose to share with us in the course of communicating with us.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us at the address in Article 1 and we will delete it promptly.

Article 6.1(f) — Legitimate interests: Processing necessary for our legitimate business interests, including operating and improving our website, responding to enquiries, and maintaining business records. We only rely on this basis where our interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
Article 6.1(a) — Consent: Where we ask for your consent (for example, to send you marketing communications), you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us at the address in Article 1. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Search engine verification: Our website includes verification tags for Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. These are used solely for website indexing and search performance monitoring. They do not place tracking cookies on your device and do not collect personal data about website visitors.
We do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or any third-party cookies for behavioural targeting or retargeting.

6. Retention Periods
We retain personal data for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
- Client and contract data (names, contact details, correspondence, invoices): retained for 7 years from the end of the contractual relationship, in accordance with Belgian accounting and tax law.
- Website analytics data: retained for 24 months in anonymised form.
- Enquiry and contact form data: retained for 24 months from the date of the enquiry, or longer if it leads to a contractual relationship (in which case the client retention period above applies).
7. Sharing of Personal Data
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
We may share personal data with the following categories of recipients where necessary:
- Subcontractors and service providers engaged to assist in delivering our services, under written data processing agreements that ensure equivalent levels of protection.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers used to operate our systems, all of which are located in the European Economic Area.
- Competent authorities, where we are required to disclose data by applicable law or a binding legal order.
Where we engage processors who process personal data on our behalf, we enter into Data Processing Agreements in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.
