Scope

Server and container setup
We provision the server, configure the operating system, deploy the container architecture, and set up networking, DNS and TLS certificates. Every container is isolated and configured according to the architecture specification.
Application deployment
We install and configure the applications your organization needs: email, file sharing, collaboration, CRM, project management, or any other open source solution defined in the design phase. Each application is tuned for your specific workload.
Security hardening
Firewalls, web application firewall, intrusion detection and automated threat response are deployed and configured. Security is applied in layers so that no single point of failure can compromise your environment.
Backup architecture
We implement a multi-layered backup strategy: local snapshots for instant rollback, remote replication for disaster recovery, and immutable off-site copies that cannot be tampered with or deleted. Recovery procedures are tested and documented before handover.

Switching from a SaaS platform or legacy system to self-hosted infrastructure requires careful planning. We handle the full migration: data export from your current platform, import and validation in the new environment, workflow adaptation, and user onboarding.
For critical applications, we offer proof-of-concept deployments. Your team can test the new solution in a real environment before committing to a full migration. During transition, we can run both systems in parallel to ensure nothing is lost and your operations continue without interruption.
